[Hey hello hi everyone hi. There is a very excited, very different looking Eevee staring you all in the face right now. And after a lovely shot of blue skies and trees and a little staring, the silver-colored Pokemon gets to work licking the screen. Because hello everyone and everything! She sees you all!]

A-Amelanosis, wait...! [As the owner of the voice approaches, the Eevee looks up and begins to chirp happily. Pretty soon she pulls away from the gear, jumping at the legs of her trainer, who picks both the piece of technology and the Pokemon up with a sigh.]

I'm...sorry if she interrupted anyone...I actually did want to make a post though...i-if no one minds. You can just ignore this if you want though...

[Sitting down, she points the camera at the baby Pokemon now in her lap.]

I-is it possible for...Pokemon to be albino? Or...different colors at all? Because I've seen a few Eevee before and they've all been brown...and in every other species, Pokemon seem to stay the same color so... She took a very long time to hatch too...

Is she okay? Did I do something wrong...?

[Tsumiki sounds genuinely concerned and just a little bit upset as she asks this. There's a couple more moments of a curious looking Eevee on the screen before the feed ends.]

[Tsumiki isn't the only one giggling, Amelanosis making a variety of happy noises as she is given many kisses. And she happily returns them, licking the Houndoom in return!]

Hello Tadami. This is Amelanosis! Thank you for helping hatch her.

[She loves Kuzuryuu's Pokemon like seriously. He has found some of the sweetest Pokemon ever. Tadami is getting a lot of love from Tsumiki as well.]

[There's a Whuf! of a bark as Tadami pulls her head up and away from the Eevee, tail wagging as she licks Tsumiki's cheek instead. This is her way of saying that it was no problem at all. She sure didn't mind helping to watch and warm the egg. She likes that sort of thing.]

[And she simply presses her forehead to Tadami's, rubbing her ears and neck affectionately.]

You're so sweet. I'm sorry I don't have any treats or anything for you! Though...I'm sure Kuzuryuu-san probably gives you lots of treats.

[Because he's a big softie deep down. Tsumiki knows it.]

[There's another soft bark in agreement as Tadami nuzzles her face against Tsumiki's. Yes. Yes, he does. Because her master is absolutely one of the biggest softies you'll ever meet.]

[You know...way, way, WAAAAAY deep down.]

[It may be very deep down, but his softness is still there. And that's what's important!

Well, not right now. What's important now is cuddling the heck out of this helldog. And she's not the only one who's doing that, the little Eevee definitely moving to snuggle and cuddle with Tadamama as well. Because she definitely sees her as such.

Tadami, can you handle all this love?]

[Of course she can. SHE IS A LOVING MACHINE. JUST LOOK AT HER SITTING HERE AND ACCEPTING AND TAKING ALL THIS LOVE. AND GIVING IT RIGHT BACK.]

[So how long before one of them notices that Kuzuryuu is back? Because he does eventually make his way out of the tall grass and back to where he left Tsumiki and Tadami ~~and maybe Souda, we just don't know~~, though he has yet to say anything. He's just kind of standing there with his arms folded over his chest and a neutral expression on his face, Kopeko at his side as always.]

[It's going to take a bit for Tsumiki to notice. She's lost in the love she is giving and receiving! Because you are a beautiful Houndoom and such a sweet Pokemon and very, very strong and she loves you, Tadami!

But, when she does notice? She nearly jumps out of her skin. She was honestly not expecting him to just suddenly be there. What the hell are you, some kind of ninja?]

K-Kuzuryuu-san!!

[Give the poor girl a heart attack, why don't you. Sorry Tadami, the copious amount of loving has receded to simple pets, though that's par for the course when your master is around.]

[No, he's not a ninja. ~~You're thinking of Peko.~~ He actually wasn't all that quiet, but with how absorbed in each other the girl, Houndoom, and Eevee were it's no surprise they didn't hear him crunching his way out of the grass. He didn't really do anything to actively bring attention to himself.]

[Which...was probably a bad idea because Kuzuryuu just standing there like that is slightly creepy. You could have at least said hi or something.]

Holy shit, calm down. You're acting like I'm going to fucking skin you alive or something.

[With a final lick to Tsumiki's face, Tadami pads away with another whuf to greet her master, bumping the side of his leg with her head. Kuzuryuu reaches down and scratches her behind the ear in return. Yes you're a good girl and he's happy to see you too but Tsumiki is here so he can't be super affectionate like he normally would be.]

[And that's when he notices...]

It finally fucking hatc-- wait. [Hold on just one diddly dang second.] Aren't those things supposed to be brown?

S-sorry!! I'm sorry! [Yeah that was a little creepy, Kuzuryuu. Though the creepiness of it isn't what bothered her. That never really crossed her mind.]

S-sorry I just wasn't expecting you to be there...but...yes. She did! And...they are...apparently she is a "shiny"? It's...very rare, but Pokemon can hatch...a different color. And...they sparkle. When they hatch, when they come out of their ball, when they are simply...standing around...

[The little silver Eevee hops out of her lap and runs over to him, pawing at his legs and looking for attention.]

Sh-she's very affectionate...

[He glances down at the Eevee, pulling his leg away so she can't scratch up his suit or something before squatting down to her level. He's trying to make it seem like it's just so he can get a better look at her but since he's petting her it's probably safe to say that he had at least one other motive for this.]

Huh. So there's nothing different about them other than the color?

[When he pulled away, Amelanosis made a bit of a sad sound. She just wanted to love you and be loved in return oh yay you're petting her!!! There's a multitude of satisfied, happy noises she's emitting now, nuzzling and licking his hand while it's in her reach.]

I...I don't know. Nobody has mentioned anything different...but that doesn't mean there isn't. Though I have been reassured that she is at least very healthy, and her color has nothing to do with any conditions. Which...means her name doesn't make as much sense now I guess...

[Why do Pokémon keep coming to him expecting love and affection he doesn't understand. Especially other people's Pokémon. His own are a different story since by now they know he's actually a big softie but...]
